Bell Ringer: As a Reaction, when the attacker hits with a melee attack using a Mace, they may activate Bell Ringer. This costs 35 Stamina. The target must then make a Concentration check equal to the Accuracy check of the attack, plus the attacker’s ranks in Bell Ringer. If the target’s roll is lower than the required value, they are Dazed until the end of the attacker’s next turn.
Bell Ringer is a great ability for disabling enemies in combat, especially against those who rely on focus or concentration to cast spells, maintain abilities, or perform actions. By Dazing a target, the wielder can effectively disrupt their ability to act, providing a tactical advantage and opening up opportunities for follow-up attacks or even escape.
