From birth, you have had more tolerance for Lightning damage than most. Whenever you take Lightning damage, reduce it by an amount equal to your Proficiency modifier. This reduction takes place before other effects, such as resistance, is determined. (Trait Type: Minor, Trait Rarity: Uncommon)
