From the entropy of the Chaotic Planes, a new form begins to take shape. You have been summoned to The Land, a realm you may have heard about, a place of dreams and nightmares. Perhaps you chose to enter the Chaos willingly to challenge yourself in this new realm, or perhaps you were chosen for this life without your consent. There is only one truth that matters- should you choose to follow this path and stay within The Land, your Chaotic nature will change the realm, will bring glory to you and your companions, and will change you (for better or worse). Assuming that you survive the challenges presented to you on your journeys through The Land.
The Land: Roleplaying System, a LitRPG Fan Project, is an experiment being conducted under the supervision of Aleron Kong. This game is based off his best selling Chaos Seeds series of novels. Each adventure you undertake (after the playtest) will feature options that you as players can make to determine the fate of others in The Land. Much like the world Aleron has constructed, this experiment will be both focused and expansive in many ways, but as players are amazing forces of Chaos, we expect it to evolve as time progresses.
Conquer, Create and Destroy in The Soulmear Plains!
In The Land: Roleplaying System, you will have the opportunity to explore a whole new continent within The Land. The Soulmear Plains is wide subcontinent of the land, larger geographically and more diverse than the River Peninsula. Until recently, the region had become very politically stable. The arrival of Chaos Seeds has disrupted the status quo, allowing for any possibility. Will you conquer a place of power, or found a city? Will you save villagers from raiders, or destroy a village out of spite? Are you strong enough to simply survive in The Soulmear Plains? Only time will tell.
