Each rank in this subskill provides a bonus to Accuracy checks with all Earth Magic attack spells, ensuring that every strike shakes its target with unrelenting precision.
Furthermore, when the caster damages a target with an Earth Magic spell, the target’s movement speed is hindered by the earth’s grip. The reduction in speed is equal to either the caster’s ranks in Seismic Magic or the damage dealt by the spell, whichever is lower. This effect represents the target struggling against the tremors and debris caused by the spell’s impact.
Casters specializing in Seismic Magic are a force of nature, using their spells to not only damage their foes but also to control the battlefield. Their enemies find themselves slowed and vulnerable, trapped in the caster’s unyielding quake.
