Additionally, the wearer can use an action to cause the boots to create a zone of silence within a 20-foot radius of the boots, as if under the effect of a Silence spell. The wearer of the boots must maintain concentration of the spell. Once the Silence effect has been used, it cannot be used again until after a long rest.
