Low Sweep Ability: The Low Sweep ability allows the wielder to deliver a sudden, sweeping strike that targets an opponent’s legs, knocking them off their feet. This maneuver is perfect for disrupting an enemy’s stance and taking away their mobility, making it easier to control the flow of battle and limit their options for retaliation.
Low Sweep: As a Reaction, when the attacker hits with a melee attack using a Hammer, they may activate Low Sweep. This costs 25 Stamina. The target must then make a Balance check equal to the Accuracy check of the attack, plus the attacker’s ranks in Low Sweep. If the target’s roll is lower than the required value, they fall prone.
Low Sweep is a powerful tool for disrupting enemies, particularly those who rely on mobility or positioning to avoid attacks. By causing a target to fall prone, the wielder can leave their opponent vulnerable to follow-up attacks or control the flow of combat. It’s especially effective against foes who are slower or have weaker balance, allowing the Hammer wielder to capitalize on their opportunity to strike.
These bonuses are not automatically added to the Roll20 Character Sheet, and must be added manually.
