There are many versions of a Lesser Ring of Expertise, but they all gain the same bonus, just applied differently. Each Lesser Ring of Expertise gives a +2 bonus to a specific character skill or tool, such as Stealth or Brewer’s Supplies. When each ring is created, it is forged for that specific purpose, and you will see it in (parenthesis) at the end of the ring’s name, such as a Lesser Ring of Expertise (Stealth) or Lesser Ring of Expertise (Brewer’s Supplies). A Lesser Ring of Expertise cannot give a bonus to more than one skill or kit.
Lesser Rings of Expertise may be upgraded to Greater Rings of Expertise with the recipe and ranks in appropriate rank in Enchantment.
